Steps to follow after you end up presentation

As you are done with your presentation , provide handouts if appropriate. Try following techniques:

·         Give handouts: If you have some handouts regarding the presentation, provide it to the audience when you are finish.

·         Encourage Inquiry: If the situation permits an enquiry period, declare it at the beginning of your presentation. Then, when you are done, ask for questions. Set a time perimeter for questions and answers.

·         Repeat Questions: Begin each answer with a repetition of the question, it give you a time to think for an appropriate answer to the question.

·         Keep involved:  Do not permit an individual to take over, keep the whole listeners controlled.

·         End with a Summary and Gratitude: Give the signal to end up the session before you take the last question. For example – This is the last question of the whole session and check whether you have covered all your major points.
